The Golf Performance Program
The Golf Performance program is designed to help amateurs improve their game, recover from injury and reduce aches and pains.
We begin with an in depth assessment of your body's movement bio mechanics, this is essential as it allows us to see how your body moves and how this influences the path of both your swing arc and then resulting ball flight.
Once we have gathered this biomechanics data I build you a stretching and strengthening program designed specifically for your needs. I take you through this program making sure that you have mastered all the steps in this process and then also can provide coaching support to keep you on track as you progress.
