I grew up on the Northern Beaches and as a teenager was a mad-keen sportsman. Aside from cycling and playing soccer at a competitive level I could be found most days surfing along the Northern Beaches. I was headed for the Australian Junior National Soccer Squad and Velodrome Junior Commonwealth institute when a horrific car accident changed my life forever.
While my life swung in the balance, I underwent several life-threatening operations including spinal fusion with three long years of excruciating rehab - moving from being wheelchair bound to walking again. Those three lost years taught me the value of physical and mental health and fitness.
My passion for life had sparked my new life goal.
I was determined to share this experience and help people not only recover from injury, but also integrate a healthier lifestyle and well-being.
As a twenty year certified fitness instructor, I attended a Paul Chek seminar at Filex, the fitness industry convention in 2001. Inspired by Paul's scientific and holistic approach, I realised that the CHEK approach to training was the key to improving my knowledge as well as providing an educational path that would improve my client's quality of life.
I have completed Exercise Coach, Holistic Lifestyle Coach Levels 1 & 2 and continue my studies with plans to become one of the highest qualified CHEK practitioners in Australia.
My true passion is to improve people’s health and well being. As a member of the fitness industry for over 25 years my experience and certification as a CHEK practitioner means you are in good hands.

Healthy eating has always been part of my lifestyle. The approach I use includes both exercise and nutrition so that my clients have a holistic approach to wellness. My prior training in Sports and Clinical Nutrition has meant that I have improved the health and well being of numerous clients.
I am living proof that you can return from serious injury and live the life you dreamed of again. When clients approach me with back pain, injury or limited movement I understand that pain really does limit movement, but by balancing the body it can recover.
