Before we start on your Sports Conditioning program, I take a full assessment of your body mechanics, nutrition and lifestyle habits. This includes a detailed structural assessment which helps to identify: any postural misalignments; your range of joint motion; any muscle imbalances; and your degree of core strength.
We then discuss the finer details of what you’re wanting to achieve. All of this gives us a picture of your physical and mental state, as well as your foundational goals, so I can design a custom program just for you.
Your unique, detailed program outlines exactly what you need to do to reach those performance goals and how our sessions together are going to get you there.
I’ll be with you every step of the way, guiding you through the exercises so you can really focus on pushing your body to achieve those goals. I’ll provide feedback throughout the session and then give you specific exercises to work with before we next meet.
Each session will build on the one before and we can work together until you’ve achieved your desired performance level, or beyond for even greater levels of performance. It’s up to you how far you want to go, and I’ll be there every step of the way.
